National Squad Training

The TAGB selects a National Squad to represent the TAGB at international and inter-association events. National squads also exist for each home nation. Training takes place at one location in the UK once a week during the competition season

National Team Training

National team training is based at a central sports centre facility in the UK and is open to anyone who has a valid TAGB licence and a full set of TAGB sparring equipment. You must also be training regularly with your own instructor.

It is a 2 1/2 hour session generally starting with an hours physical fitness, moving on to pad work and sparring.

It is an excellent opportunity to train and spar with some of the best semi-contact fighters not only in the TAGB but in the world.

We look forward to seeing you there!
